 Rainbow Women

Rainbow Ladies color the Earth,
Hearts on fire from their time of birth.
Dancing wildly on the sands,
Living together hand in hand.
Women of every Race,
join as one to take their Place!

We gather here for the freedom of expression,
to post our love and deep devotion!
Women from all Nations,
Ladies of every creed,
Women of wealth and women in need!
We are not here to walk behind;
we are here to walk side by side!
We are here to form friendships,
We are Women of Pride!
No one is perfect,
everyone is welcome,
we have few guidelines,
and we have only each other!
Travel with us to a land of some confusion;
Write the words that remove the illusion.
From dusk to dawn, from night till morn,
From gay to forlorn,
Grace us with Wisdom,
Tickle us with humor,
Tug at our heartstrings,
Be who you are,
Be it happy or sad,
Give us your input,
Try not to be too BAD!

                                                    ~~Take my hand~~
Let me guide your inner soul to happiness
                                     Far beyond your wildest dreamz_=_
Say goodbye to fear and inhibition.
Soar on the wingz of a big winged bird,
Share your heart with one love,
Give your body to no other.~~~

Pigs, Pigs Everywhere You Should See Them All

Once upon a day so long, a sweet little piggy was singing her song.
She sang for her Momma who passed away, her voice was soothing,
tranquil and gay.
She was born in a pig sty, her name was Fanny; she had brothers and sisters
and a loving old Granny.
Her Momma was tired she did not want to go.
She cried for her to stay as she prayed for her soul.
Fanny's Momma held on as long as she could, she nurtured them to health till she knew all was good.
Closing her eyes she heard voices calling, "come home now to heaven"
the pig angels were squalling.
Fanny sang from her heart to her mother above, a sweet serenade of a dear daughters love.

Piggy poem

Cool

See us piggy’s pink and bright.
Dancing piggy’s in the night!
Smiling hugging all the time.
I'm your piggy and you are mine!
Love is in the air and all around.
Just like in the movie, "Homeward Bound"!
I love my piggy more then anything.
My piggy loves to hug and cling.

Piggy’s listen and are well behaved.

To own a piggy you don’t have to be brave.

Just give your piggy a-lot of love.

And it will be your turtledove.

Jiggity Jive

Momma Grizelda was tappin her feet to the tune of an old fashioned beat, when a frog jumped up and a mole ran under and two birdies went tweety tweet tweet.

Poppa Suspender was checkin his gender, to the rythem of rock and roll  when a piggy was talkin and a iggy was walkin and a jiggy was singing some soul.

Gary the fairy was a boy they called Mary who had a sister who was butch as can be, she tipped her hat and played with a rat while Mary had crumpets and tea.

Ginger and Harry were having a party when they met up with Balls McCarty; Harry carved the roast while Ginger gave a toast and Laurel ran off with Hardy.

Marilyn was dead, Lucy loved Fred and Ethyl was kissin on Ricky, the moral to it all is a tale long and tall and the icky was sticky and licky.

Whispering Willow

 Dedicated to my husband

My true love is sleeping so far from my home yet in the distance I feel him caress my flesh my and bone.

If I were to fly in his arms I would be as he whispers my name on his breath, he would tangle me up like a vine on a tree, I will love him in life and in death.

Many young years have we spent in the past, glistening love was our tale, we held on so tight till we entered the light, and our future was set on a sail.

The mystery of us is not hard to understand, for our path was a glorious plan.
This is a tale of love strong and true, the love of a woman and man.

We are lovers of beauty and our beauty can be seen in the wind of the whispering willow. My breath can be felt on his succulent lips as we lie face to face on my pillow.

We were lovers before, we are lovers evermore, we'll be lovers through time and again.  I love you my love with a heart strong and true,  we are lovers and you are my friend.

My Teddy
Mood:  crushed out
Topic: Poetry

My Teddy Bear was shaggy and torn.
I looked at her this very morn.
Her eyes were gray her nose was ripped.
Her tail still fluffy, but her cork was flipped.
We climbed in bed and snuggled up.
I called her my Teddy she called me her Pup.
Once was a time she gave me pleasure.
I loved her always she loved me never.
Or so I thought and was I wrong?
My Teddy just needed me to be strong.
She loved me like a Teddy should.
She always did what I never could.
But Teddy Bears are stuffed you know.

And so are girls who puff and blow.
It was my steam that made Teddy shaggy,
so forlorn and simply raggy.
I kissed my Teddy on the nose,

and told her to go where the four winds blow.
She smiled and left me all alone,

to drink my tea and eat my scone.
I drank and ate, and cavorted around,
as Teddy watched her Pup expound.
Teddy was mad as I acted glad, but I knew that she was smart.
She would love me still and always will, for I was her Pup with the true blue heart.
Now if you have a Teddy Bear, fluff her everyday.
Cause if you don't take care of her, she’s bound to run away.

A Children's Poem

A Children’s Poem

Did you ever see a scallop fly?

They fly so high and give a sigh!

A scallop feels as much as you,

It has a heart and sneezes too!

Small and soft but firm, a scallop

has it all over a worm!

I went to the sea and sat on the sand,

a scallop flew up and grabbed my hand.

It said "oh my but you are sweet".

I said, "oh scallop, where are your feet?”

So now you know and my poem is done.

A scallop can fly, but it can not run!

Death of a Soprano
Mood:  sharp
Topic: Poetry

She sang for her supper, alone in her life, a pretty lady with no one to love. Her time in the piano bar filled the air for the lonely people who gathered there. Her song was her gift, her expression was passionate, her children were her listeners, her lover was her prayer.

She walked in the door of her apartment that night; the burglar was startled and pulled out a knife.  He came from behind, she never knew, as  crimson colors drizzled from the blood he drew.

She lay on the floor; so very still, this lifeless body whose name was LiL.

A soprano has died in Manhattan tonight, baring her voice to a heavenly light.  She will sing with the angels and dance on the wind, with a host full of children who will carry her in.

O Solo Mio
Mood:  happy
Topic: Poetry

O solo mio was a loner it seems,
all by herself, just her & her dreams.

She was found in a basket & covered with moss,
her tiny hands were cold and her momma was lost.

Wanting her baby she died all alone,
her spirit stayed wandering, sad to the bone.

O solo mio grew healthy and strong,

living on discards, all her life long.

In the city she wandered a wayfaring waif,
inside herself she felt happy and safe.

She worked when she could, and not for much pay,
O solo mio would eat on that day.

Some days her belly would rumble and roar,
hunger was something she felt many times before.

This sweet little woman child never complained,
one day a man got her drunk on champagne.

He took her in an alley, she went willingly,
she was innocent and pure with a heart full of glee.

He beat her and raped her and left her for dead,
O solo mio just lay there and bled.

As the life left her body, a spirit came near,
holding her baby she shed an invisible tear.

They rose in the heavens, together at last,
smiling and happy with no thoughts of the past.

They entered a realm of beauty and light,
O solo mio was glowing so bright.

She was sent back to earth as an angel for those,

who were battered & torn and quietly forlorn.

She was the angel of mercy with arms held out wide,

she sat on their shoulders to give them their pride.

O solo mio was not lonely you see,

her new name was planted in life’s human seed.

Her grace is your glory, her wings are so warm,
her momma is with her in angelic form.

Devine Flower
Mood:  chillin'
Topic: Poetry

My beautiful flower who waits for me, the woman whose love is not tame.

In  prayer I'll delightfully be one heart beating so breathlessly, who never bares sorrow or shame.

A desire grows in our flesh only to savor and mesh, waiting excites me it makes me grow restless, now come to me dear with all of your freshness.

Give me the flower that buds there so willing; I’ll give you a love that is warm and fulfilling

.

Together in waking as we are when we sleep, a new love is binding two souls oh so deep.
